Mr. Neville Brewster is the founder and Chief executive officer of ENGENEUS CONSULTING. He brings a diversified wealth of experience to this practice having spent some 33 years working throughout corporate Barbados. He spent the last 17 years with in the retail business and is the former Managing Director of Massy Stores Barbados Ltd. Mr. Brewster not only has expertise in large retail operations, but also possesses marketing skills having worked with Digital Information Systems Ltd as the Marketing Manager and has petroleum industry experience gained during his tenure with Texaco Eastern Caribbean Ltd. He has been a member of numerous boards and still utilizes his leadership and business experience to provide strategic direction to BDIL.
Mr. Brewster, a Harrison College old scholar, holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Inter-American University in Puerto Rico as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico. He has completed a Future Retail Leaders Development Programme at John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management, University of California and also The JMW Leadership Programme. He's also fluent in Spanish.
